The steps below translate the full workflow shown in the tutorial videos—starting from creating a working group, adding levels, and finally building the nodes where employees will be assigned.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Create the Working Group (including Level 0)

  1. Access the Seamless Admin Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Working Group section.
  3. Click Create Working Group.
  4. Fill in the required details such as working group name and description.
  5. During creation, the system requires you to establish Level 0, which acts as the base level of the structure.
  6. Save the working group to proceed to the next configuration steps.

2. Add Additional Levels Based on Your Needs

  1. Open the working group you created.
  2. Navigate to the Levels tab.
  3. Click Add Level.
  4. Define the name and hierarchy of the level.
  5. Repeat the process for as many levels as needed—the system allows unlimited levels.
  6. Save your structure before moving forward.

3. Create the Nodes Within Each Level

  1. Select the level where you want to add nodes.
  2. Click Add Node.
  3. Input the node name and any relevant details.
  4. Create additional nodes until the structure represents your operational hierarchy.
  5. Remember: Employee assignments will be linked to nodes, so ensure each node accurately reflects your team organization.
  6. Save your node configuration.
