How to Create Custom Schedule Type

This video shows how admins can create a Custom Schedule Type in Staffinc Suite. This feature allows organizations to define specific schedule types tailored to unique operational needs — whether for regular working hours or special day-off schedules. By using this function, admins can ensure that schedules in the system match their company’s actual working arrangements.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Login to your Staffinc Suite account.
  2. Go to Settings → Custom Schedule Type.
  3. Click Create to start the creation process.
  4. Fill in the required details for your custom schedule.
  5. By default, the schedule type will be considered a working schedule.
    • If you toggle “Non-Working Schedule” ON, the schedule will be treated as a Day-Off with fixed start and end time.
  6. Click Submit to save the new schedule type.
  7. Open the Master Schedule Creation page.
  8. In the Schedule Type field, verify that your custom schedule type is now available for use.
