1. Log In to Staffinc Suite
- Open Staffinc Suite and log in using your admin credentials.
2. Open the Employee’s Detail Page
- Go to the Employee Directory.
- Select the specific employee whose schedule pattern you want to edit.
- Navigate to the Attendance & Work Policies tab.
3. Edit the Schedule Pattern Assignment
- Click Edit on the schedule pattern section.
- Change the assigned pattern from Pattern A → Pattern B.
- Save the update to apply the new pattern.
4. Review Updated Schedule
- Open the Employee’s Schedule page to verify the changes.
🗓️ Note: The new schedule from Pattern B will start appearing from D+1 (the next day) after the edit.
