Important Rules & Key Points

Editing Schedule Pattern Assignments

  • When a schedule pattern is edited (e.g., Pattern A → Pattern B):
    • The change only applies starting from D+1 (the day after the edit).
    • Any existing leave requests (approved or pending) remain unchanged and are not removed.

Deleting Schedule Pattern Assignments

  • When a schedule pattern assignment is deleted:
    • Schedules are removed starting from D-Day of the edit and onward.
    • Schedules cannot be deleted if they:
      • Already have check-in data, or
      • Have approved or pending leave, or
      • Have an approved or pending dispute request.
