How to Review Attendance Status from Attendance Overview

In this guide, you will learn how to easily monitor and review employee attendance status using the Attendance Overview feature in Staffinc Suite. This function helps you get a quick and detailed snapshot of your team’s daily attendance — saving time and ensuring better workforce tracking.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Login to Staffinc Suite
    • Use your admin credentials to access the dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the “Attendances” Menu
    • On the left-side navigation panel, click on "Attendances" under the Attendances BETA section.
  3. Access Attendance Overview
    • You will land on the Attendance Overview page where all employee attendance records are displayed in a calendar format.
  4. Use the Filter Option (Optional)
    • Click on the Filter button to sort or filter employees based on specific branches, attendance status, or timeframes.
  5. Review Attendance Icons
    • Each date box shows an icon representing an employee's attendance status. Click on the Legend button to view what each icons & colors represent.

    • Click each day cell to see more information about the attendance status for all attendance schedules on that day.
