How to Revise Rejected Overtime

This video explains how employees can revise an overtime request that was rejected with a revision request in Staffinc Work. By following these steps, employees can update the overtime details based on admin feedback and resubmit the request for approval.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log in to Staffinc Work
Access Staffinc Work using your employee account. - Open the Pengajuan Page and Go to the Lembur Tab
- Navigate to the Pengajuan page.
- Select the Lembur tab to view your overtime requests.
- Find a Rejected Overtime Request with Revision
- Search for an overtime request with status Perlu Perbaikan.
- Start the Revision from the Lembur Details Modal
- Click the selected overtime request to open the Lembur Details modal.
- Choose the option to Revise the request.
- Review the Admin’s Rejection Notes
- The admin’s rejection notes will be displayed in a red banner at the top of the overtime form.
- Use this feedback as guidance for the required changes.
- Revise the Overtime Form and Submit
- Update the overtime details according to the notes provided.
- Submit the revised overtime request.
- Check the Updated Overtime Request Status
- Return to the same Lembur Details modal page.
- After submission, the request status will change to Menunggu (Waiting), indicating it is pending admin approval again.

- Once a revision is submitted:
- The overtime request will re-enter the approval process.
- Admins will review the revised submission to determine the final approval or rejection status.
