There are no time limit on when you need to revise the rejected leave request. Step-by-Step Guide to Revise a Rejected Leave Request

Option 1: Through Push Notification

  1. If your leave request is rejected with a revision note, you will receive a push notification.
  2. Tap the notification and you will be redirected to the leave request detail page.
  3. Review the rejection reason.
  4. Tap "Perbaiki Pengajuan" (Revise Request).
  5. Update your leave request based on the reason provided.
  6. Submit the revised request.
  7. Your request status will return to Pending, and the approval process will restart from the beginning (if multiple levels of approval are required).

Option 2: Through the App

  1. On the Home screen, tap the "Pengajuan" (Requests) button (as shown in the image).
  2. Navigate to the "Cuti" (Leave) tab.
  3. Use the filter and select "Perlu Pengajuan" (Need Revision).

  5. Review the rejection reason.
