How to See Leave Details

This video walkthrough shows how to access detailed information for leave requests in the Staffinc Suite application. It helps admins or HR staff inspect leave request statuses, what was requested, duration, approval history, and other related information. This ensures transparency, accountability, and helps make sure everything is in order when leave affects attendance or payroll.

Step‑by‑Step Process

Below are the steps to see leave request details, as shown in the video:

  1. Login to Staffinc Suite
Use your Admin or Super Admin credentials.
  2. Go to Attendance Overview
On the left‑hand menu, under Attendances (BETA) select Attendance Overview.
  3. In the Attendance Overview, locate the employee and the date for which you want to see leave detail.
  4. Click on the relevant day cell (for example, a date under that employee). This will open the Daily Overview for that employee on that date.
  5. In Daily Overview, find the leave request for that day (if there is one).
  6. Click “View Detail” on the leave request. A modal or a detail page/modal will open.
  7. Review the detail:
    • Type of leave (e.g. Annual Leave, Sick Leave)
    • Duration of the leave (start date, end date, partial days if applicable)
    • Status (Pending, Approved, Rejected)
    • Approval history (who approved or rejected, at which layer)
    • Reason or notes submitted by employee
    • Any attachment provided
