Task reporting enables structured data collection by allowing employees to submit reports based on assigned tasks. To enable task reporting, follow these steps based on the type of form:
1. Custom Form Task Reporting
For tasks requiring a custom form, follow these steps:
- Create the Form – Use the digital form feature in the client portal to design a custom form tailored to your needs.
- Assign the Form – Link the form to employees, branches, or partners to ensure proper task distribution.
2. Sales & Stock Task Reporting
For standardized Sales & Stock reporting, follow these steps:
- Create the Product Catalog – Register all SKUs to build a reference database for reporting.
- Map Product Eligibility – Assign products to specific branches or partners to control reporting access.
Tracking Submissions
