How to view employee's schedules
In this guide, you’ll learn how to navigate to the Employee’s Schedule page in the Staffinc Suite application and use filters to view employee schedules. Admins can use this page to monitor their employees’ schedules, which include working schedules (e.g., "Morning Shift: 09:00–17:00") and day-off schedules (e.g., "Day-Off"). The page allows filtering by date period, working group, and searching by employee name or ID to customize the view.
Navigate to the Employee’s Schedule Page
- Locate the Attendances BETA Menu: From any page in the Client Portal, locate the "Attendances BETA" menu in the main navbar. You must have access to Attendances BETA to see this menu.
- Access the Employee’s Schedule Sub-Menu: Click the "Attendances BETA" menu to reveal the sub-menu, then select "Employee’s Schedule" to navigate to the Employee’s Schedule page.
View Employee Schedules (Default View)
- Explore the Default View: You’re now on the Employee’s Schedule page, where admins can view employee schedules. The default view shows this week’s schedules (e.g., Monday, March 24, 2025, to Sunday, March 30, 2025), with today’s column (e.g., Tuesday, March 25, 2025) highlighted in blue. The table displays all employees (active and inactive) sorted alphabetically by name, with their schedules for each day of the week, such as working schedules (e.g., "Morning Shift: 09:00–17:00") and days off (e.g., "Day-Off").
Apply Filters to Customize the View
- Open the Filter Modal: Click the "Filter" button to apply filters and customize the employee schedules you want to view.
- Filter by Date Period: In the filter modal, click the date period field to open the date picker. Select a date (e.g., April 7, 2025) to auto-select a full week (e.g., April 7–13, 2025) and view schedules for that week. The date selection is always locked to a 7-day range (full week).
- Filter by Working Group: In the filter modal, use the working group filter to focus on specific employees. Select a working group (e.g., "Sales Team"), a level (e.g., "Regional Managers"), and nodes (e.g., "East Jakarta, South Jakarta") to filter the table. You can single-select, multi-select, or select all nodes.
- Search by Employee Name or ID: Click the search icon in the employee column to search by employee name or ID (e.g., "John" or "EMP123") and filter the table to show only matching employees.
View the Filtered Employee Schedules
- Review the Filtered Results: The table now shows filtered employee schedules based on your selected date period (e.g., April 7–13, 2025), working group (e.g., "Sales Team - Regional Managers - East Jakarta, South Jakarta"), and search criteria (e.g., "John"). Admins can easily view schedules, such as working shifts (e.g., "Morning Shift: 09:00–17:00") and days off (e.g., "Day-Off"). You can apply any combination of filters and search concurrently to refine the results.
