How to View the Movement of Each Employee’s Leave Policy Quota

This guide walks you through the process of tracking leave quota movement for each leave policy assigned to an employee. By following these steps, HR and administrative users can get a detailed view of how an employee's leave quota changes over time—such as deductions from taken leave or additions from quota resets—ensuring accurate records and better planning.

Step-by-Step Process:

  1. Go to the Employee List Page
    Begin from the main employee list page within Staffinc Suite.
  2. Open the Employee Detail Page
    Select the employee whose leave policy movement you want to view, and open their detail page.
  3. Navigate to the Leave (BETA) Section
    Scroll & click into the “Leave (BETA)” tab inside the employee detail page.
  4. Click “View Detail” on the Desired Leave Policy
    Find the specific leave policy (e.g., annual leave, sick leave) and click the “View Detail” CTA.
  5. Leave Record Page Opens in a New Tab
    A new tab will open displaying the leave record for that specific policy.
  6. Review Leave Quota Movement
    On this page, you’ll see:
    • The current remaining balance of the selected policy.
    • A detailed log of all deductions and additions that contributed to the current balance.
