How to View Your Leave Request Status in Staffinc Work

This guide will help you understand how to view the status of your leave or schedule requests within the Staffinc Work app. Whether it’s a leave, sick day, or other schedule adjustments, all requests go through a status approval process, and this article shows how to track them easily.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Open the Staffinc Work App
    • Make sure you’re logged in to your account.
  2. Go to the Home (Beranda) Screen
    • You’ll see your schedule for the day along with Check-in and Check-out buttons.
  3. Tap the “Pengajuan” Button
    • This button is located next to the “Kehadiran” tab.
    • Tapping it will take you to the Request Management Page.
  4. View Your Request History
    • Here you’ll see a list of all your submitted requests.
  5. Check the Status of Each Request
    • There are 4 possible statuses:
      • Pending: Awaiting admin approval.
      • Approved: Your request is accepted.
      • Rejected: Your request has been denied.
      • Need Revision: You need to make changes and resubmit.
  6. Use the Filter Feature
    • You can filter requests by status to find specific ones quickly.
  7. Return to the "Kehadiran" Page
    • After your request is approved, the updated schedule status will be shown here.
    • Possible schedule statuses include:
      • Paid Leave
      • Unpaid Leave
      • Paid Sick Leave
