Request addition and modification of schedule

Introduction: This guide explains how employees can request schedule additions or modifications in the Staffinc Suite. These options are available only if the attendance policy assigned to the employee has schedule addition and modification features enabled. All approved requests will be visible on the homepage and attendance history, with detailed status tags for easy tracking.

How to Request Schedule Modification:

  1. Access the Schedule to Edit
    • On the homepage, find the schedule you want to edit and click the pencil icon.
  2. Fill in the Form
    • Enter the updated check-in and check-out times.
    • Upload a supporting file if necessary.
    • Add the reason for requesting the schedule change.
  3. Choose Schedule
    • If possible, select from one of the pre-registered master schedules.
    • If it's an exceptional case, choose Lainnya (Other) and input your custom schedule.
    • If you check in with this type of schedule, the system will label it as "check in on unregistered schedule".
  4. Submit the Request
    • Click Submit to finalize the modification request.
    • The homepage will automatically update to reflect the new schedule.
    • The history log will also update and include a "Ubah Jadwal" (Schedule Modified) tag.

How to Request Schedule Addition:

  1. Go to the 'Pengajuan' Menu
    • From the sidebar, open the Pengajuan (Submission) menu.
  2. Click the '+ Jadwal' Button
    • Press the + Jadwal button to begin the schedule addition process.
  3. Complete the Schedule Form
    • Input the desired schedule time.
    • Upload a supporting document if needed.
    • Write down the reason for the additional schedule.
  4. Choose Schedule
    • If possible, select from one of the pre-registered master schedules.
    • If it's an exceptional case, choose Lainnya (Other) and input your custom schedule.
    • If you check in with this type of schedule, the system will label it as "check in on unregistered schedule".
  5. Submit the Request
    • After submitting, the newly added schedule will appear on your homepage.
    • The attendance history will show the update with a new entry for the added schedule.
