Requesting Modification or Addition of Check-In/Check-Out Locations
Introduction
In certain cases, employees may work outside of their designated work locations, which can lead to check-in or check-out attendance mismatches. When this occurs, Staffinc Suite allows employees to request a modification or addition of a check-in/check-out location. This guide outlines how to use the feature and under what conditions it is available.
Step-by-Step Process:
- Open Staffinc Work: Go to the "Attendance" section from the app homepage.
- View Today’s Schedule: Your assigned shift (date, time, and location) will be visible at the top of the attendance page.
- Change Location (if needed):
- If you are working outside your assigned location, a pop-up will appear: "Tambah Lokasi".
- This allows you to manage attendance from different locations.
- Tap "Done" to proceed with location modification.
- If the desired location is available in the list, you can select it. If not, you can create a new one, which will serve as a temporary location. Please note that newly created locations will not be automatically added to the client’s working location database.
- Submit the Request: After completing the form, you can see your check in and/or check out location reference will change as requested.
Important: This functionality is only available if your attendance policy allows for modification or addition of locations. Confirm that your policy supports this feature.
