WFH (Work From Home) and Business Trip Tagging
Introduction:
This guide shows how employees can tag their Work From Home (WFH) or Business Trip status during attendance check-in via the Staffinc mobile app. This ensures accurate status tracking beyond just location, allowing for more flexible and transparent attendance reporting.
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Open the Staffinc Mobile App
Log in to your account via the Staffinc mobile app. - Check the Daily Schedule
On the home screen, review the “Jadwal Hari ini” (Today’s Schedule) which may show multiple shifts (e.g., Shift PAGI - JAKARTA). - Tap the “Check-in” Button
Press the yellow Check-in button under your scheduled shift. - Select Attendance Type
A selection screen will appear asking you to choose the type of attendance. Choose one of the following:- Regular Work
- Work From Home
- Business Trip
- Provide Supporting Notes
You may be asked to input additional details such as purpose, destination, or reason—especially for Business Trip tagging. - Submit & Confirm Check-in
Tap the confirm button to complete check-in with the selected status. - Reminder to Check Out Later
At the end of your shift, don’t forget to Check-out to ensure your attendance record is complete.
