Why can’t I submit an attendance dispute request?

Possible Reasons You Can’t Submit a Dispute
You will not be able to submit a dispute request if any of the following conditions apply:
- A dispute has already been submitted and is still pending
- If a dispute request for the same attendance ID is still in Pending status, you cannot submit another dispute until it is approved or rejected.
- Attendance status is still pending
- If the attendance itself is still in a pending state (for example, still waiting for completion), a dispute cannot be submitted.
- Less than 24 hours have passed since the schedule end time
- Disputes can only be submitted after 24 hours have passed from the attendance schedule’s end time.
- Attendance date is older than 90 days
- Attendance records that are more than 90 days old are no longer eligible for dispute.
