How Auto Download Prepares Your Data at Check-In

The Auto Download feature automatically prepares the data needed for a visitation when you start the check-in process. When enabled, the app checks whether the required visitation data is already available on your device and, if needed, downloads the latest reference data before you continue. This helps reduce manual preparation and ensures you have the information required to complete your visit, especially when network connectivity may become unreliable.

Auto Download adapts to your current network connection, Offline Mode settings, available device storage, and existing downloaded data. Depending on these conditions, the app may download new data, reuse an existing download, or continue without creating an offline bundle. All successful downloads are recorded alongside manually downloaded data, making it easy to keep track of the reference data available for future visitations.
