How to Access Asset Mapping and Bulk Update Asset–Channel Mappings

The Asset Mapping and Bulk Update Asset–Channel Mappings feature in Staffinc Suite helps Client Admins manage large volumes of asset assignments more efficiently and accurately. Instead of updating assets one by one, admins can download a template, make bulk changes, and upload it for automatic validation. The system checks each row before applying updates, ensuring that asset–channel relationships remain consistent and reducing the risk of manual errors.

Once the upload is successful, the updated mappings are immediately stored and visible in the system, while every change is automatically recorded in the asset mapping log. This includes the actor, timestamp with timezone, the previous state, and the new state after the bulk edit. This feature ensures efficiency, transparency, and a reliable audit trail when managing asset assignments at scale.
