How to Access Asset Mapping and Export the Asset–Channel Mapping Report

The Asset Mapping Export feature allows administrators to generate a report containing the latest asset-to-channel mapping data from the Client Portal. This export is useful when you need to review existing mappings, perform audits, prepare data for offline analysis, or verify asset assignments before making bulk updates. Each export is processed in the background, allowing you to continue working while the report is being generated.

Once the export is complete, the report can be downloaded as a secure, password-protected file that includes both export information and the current asset–channel mapping data. Export history and processing status help you track report generation, while file expiration ensures exported data remains securely managed over time. This feature provides a reliable snapshot of your mapping data before further administrative actions are performed.
