How to Continue Working When Your Connection Drops Mid-Visit

If your internet connection is lost while a visitation is already in progress, you can continue working by switching to Offline Mode. When a visit is completed in Offline Mode, your data is safely stored on the device until it can be synchronized after the connection is restored. Previously saved drafts remain available, allowing you to continue from where you left off, while completed visitations are automatically moved to your visitation history once synchronization is successful.
