How to Download Visitation Data for Offline Use

The Download Data feature lets you prepare visitation data before working in locations with limited or no internet access. You can download one or multiple visitation data bundles from the Download Center or download a single bundle directly from a visitation's detail page. Depending on your assignment, downloaded data is stored per visitation or per channel, ensuring the information you need is available while working offline.

Downloads are processed in the background, allowing you to continue using the app while monitoring their progress from the Download Center. The app also indicates when a channel's offline data was last updated, making it easy to verify that your data is ready before your visit. If a download cannot be completed, it remains recorded as a failed attempt so you can download it again after resolving the issue.
