How to View the Activity Log
The Activity Log provides a complete audit trail of changes made to Form Templates and Compound Input Types. It helps administrators understand how a configuration has evolved over time by recording important activities such as creation, modification, duplication, and updates that originate from related or nested compounds. This feature is especially useful when reviewing configuration history, validating changes, or investigating how a form or compound reached its current state.
Each activity record includes key information such as the user who performed the action, the action type, the timestamp, and the corresponding configuration snapshot. Detailed change comparisons highlight only the fields that were updated, making it easier to identify differences between versions without reviewing the entire configuration. Because the Activity Log is read-only and preserves historical records, it serves as a reliable source of transparency and accountability for ongoing form management and governance.
