Each export is generated according to the selected employee and date, with separate files for visitation records and task submissions to ensure the exported data remains organized and easy to review.

Every exported file includes supporting metadata, such as export details and filter context, to improve traceability and reporting accuracy. Depending on the report type and data volume, the system may generate multiple files or organize the output into ZIP packages while preserving the original report structure. Once an export batch becomes available, you can download and review the files from the Export Result page.
