After processing, the system reports the outcome for each request individually while maintaining complete audit records for every approval or rejection. Requests that cannot be processed remain available for retry, and detailed export reports help administrators identify and resolve failures efficiently. This ensures that large-scale approval activities remain accurate, transparent, and consistent even when multiple administrators are working simultaneously.
