The Approve or Reject a Single Edit Channel Request feature allows administrators to review each employee-submitted channel modification individually before deciding whether to apply the requested changes. The request details highlight only the modified data, making it easier to compare the current channel information with the employee's proposed updates while preserving the original submission for review.
Once a decision is made, the system updates the request status, records the action in the Activity Log, and keeps channel data consistent across all users. If the request cannot be completed because the channel has changed or another administrator has already processed it, the system prevents duplicate actions and ensures only the latest valid decision is applied. This helps maintain data integrity while providing a reliable approval process for channel updates.
