How to Delete a Channel

The Channels feature allows you to create and manage operational work locations used across your organization. In cases where a channel is no longer relevant or needed, you have the option to delete it. Deleting a channel will permanently remove it from the system, meaning it cannot be recovered or used in future operations. Because this action is irreversible, it is important to make sure the channel is truly no longer required before proceeding with the deletion.

Once the deletion is complete, the channel will no longer appear in your channel list and will be permanently removed from Staffinc Suite. Since this action cannot be undone, ensure that no active employees or ongoing operations are still dependent on the channel before you proceed.
