How to Manually Assign Forms to Specific Channels & Configure First-Visit Forms

Specific Channel assignment gives admins greater control over which forms are available on selected channels, including channels created through the mobile app. Unlike ALL Channel assignments, newly created mobile channels must be added manually after they become active before the assigned forms are available. This approach is useful when certain forms should only apply to specific channels. You can also configure a dedicated Mobile Channel Creator's First Visit form that is shown only to the employee who created the channel during their first eligible visit. After a form is assigned, employees receive tasks according to the configured channel scope, employee scope, and first-visit settings. Changes to these assignments apply only to future eligible visits, ensuring completed visits and submitted reports remain unchanged while future task availability follows the latest configuration.
