How to View and Filter Pending Edit Channel Requests
The Pending Edit Channel Requests view provides administrators with a centralized place to monitor channel modification requests submitted by employees when Auto Approval is disabled in the applicable Visitation Policy. It separates channel edit requests from new channel requests, making it easier to review outstanding changes while tracking key information such as the requesting employee, submission time, affected channel, and current request status.
To support efficient request management, the list includes search, filtering, and bulk selection capabilities that help administrators locate and organize pending requests without affecting existing selections. Requests remain in chronological order so older submissions can be reviewed first, allowing administrators to process channel updates consistently before deciding whether to approve or reject them.
